Cindy joined the team in 2022 as the Business Services Manager She holds a BA in Business Management from Sullivan University and AS in Culinary Arts. She obtained her SHRM-CP certification and is the Certification Director for the SI SHRM group. She has 20+ years of experience in the HR/Safety Management primarily in Manufacturing in Southern Indiana region. Cindy retired from the Army Reserves after 35 years of military service as a First Sergeant and Culinary Instructor. The Business Services Team strives to enhance employers’ access to qualified workers and increase employer awareness of the available talent development resources. Her team supports placement for WorkOne customers and is the go-to source for real-time employer intelligence for the WorkOne system and partners. Providing premier services to enhance community engagement and hosting hiring events, utilizing training grant monies, and connecting talent to the employers.
