Tim Renners serves as the Director of Operations for Southern Indiana Works. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in business administration from Saint Joseph’s College, Indiana, a Master’s degree in Library Science from the University of Kentucky, and a Master’s degree in Management from Indiana University. In his role, Tim provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the organization’s programs and initiatives. He is passionate about fostering excellence in workforce development and ensuring the delivery of high-quality talent services that strengthen the community and support local employers.
