Southern Indiana Works (SIW) is honored to have been selected as one of 36 organizations awarded funding through the Caesars Foundation of Floyd County’s Fall 2025 grant cycle. At the December 4, 2025 awards ceremony held at the historic Culbertson Mansion, the Foundation distributed a total of $356,500 to local organizations making a meaningful impact across the community.
SIW is grateful to be a recipient of a $14,500 grant, which will help partially fund the purchase of a transit van and necessary equipment to serve as a mobile resource unit. This unit will expand SIW’s ability to deliver career services directly to individuals throughout the region, increasing access for those who may face transportation or other barriers.
We are very fortunate to be part of the same community as Caesars and deeply appreciate their continued investment in local organizations. This funding will allow us to meet people where they are and connect them to valuable workforce resources and opportunities.
Southern Indiana Works is proud to stand alongside fellow grant recipients and commends the Caesars Foundation of Floyd County for its ongoing commitment to strengthening the community through strategic support and partnership.
