Capacity Building & Empowering Your Workforce

At SoInCares, we understand the challenges employers face in recruiting and retaining skilled behavioral health professionals. That’s why we’re partnering with local employers to provide access to well-trained, motivated individuals who are ready to contribute to your organization. Through targeted recruitment, we focus on placing justice-impacted individuals and those in recovery in entry-level roles such as: Peer Recovery Coaches, Community Health Workers, Behavioral Health Technicians, and other support roles in the behavioral health industry.

  • Qualified Candidates

Gain access to a pool of individuals who have undergone specialized training tailored to excel in behavioral health roles. These candidates will have completed programs designed to equip them with the skills, knowledge, and competencies necessary for success in the behavioral health field. Their training ensures they are well-prepared to handle the complexities of the work and contribute positively to your organization.

  • Work-Based Learning

By participating as a host employer in SoInCares' work-based learning program, your eligible organization may qualify for a wage subsidy of up to $18 per hour for a period of 12 weeks. This subsidy is designed to help cover the costs of training entry-level employees, while providing newly credentialed individuals with mentorship and essential on-the-job experience. At the end of the program, participants will be well-prepared to work independently, equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to contribute effectively to your organization.

  • Recovery Supportive Workplace Training

Attract and retain talented employees who may face employment barriers due to their recovery status with SoInCares' Recovery Supportive Workplace Training.
