Keynote Speaker
Josh Davies
Josh Davies, Director of Workforce at Aztec, is a dynamic speaker and trainer with a global reach. He’s received numerous awards for his exceptional service in workforce development, including the 2022 H.G. Weisman Award from the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals. With over 60 keynote presentations and workshops annually, he’s known for his engaging style and relevant content. Davies, a graduate of American University, is actively involved in various boards and commissions, including the Colorado State Rehabilitation Council and the Colorado Workforce Development Council. As President of the Council of Hotel and Restaurant Trainers (CHART), he’s demonstrated a commitment to the hospitality industry, recognized with the 2021 Spirit of CHART Award. At Aztec, he leads efforts to provide industry-focused training and certification solutions, empowering individuals to excel in their careers.
