Brittany is the Vice President of Research and Strategy for Southern Indiana Works. She has over 20 years of experience in workforce development. Most recently, she served as a Senior Consultant at Thomas P. Miller & Associates (TPMA). In her role, she consulted with local workforce boards and state workforce agencies across the country. Brittany has expertise in the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), American Job Center operations, service delivery, strategic planning, training, program development, and grant writing. Prior to TPMA, Brittany worked as a Program Manager at the Indiana Department of Workforce Development on youth programming providing training and technical assistance and managing summer youth employment programs, administering Department of Labor grants, and supporting the state’s labor exchange system. Brittany has a Bachelor’s degree from Hanover College and Master of Business Administration from Anderson University.
