Carrie Baylor brings over a decade of experience in community engagement, program coordination, and business support to her role at Southern Indiana Works. As the SoInAccess & SoInCares Program Coordinator, Carrie leads initiatives that serve justice-impacted individuals, those in recovery, Newcomers to America, and individuals with disabilities.

Known for her ability to build strong partnerships and manage complex grant processes, Carrie is committed to delivering impactful, inclusive, and community-centered programs. Her professional background spans the nonprofit, faith-based, and private sectors, where she has consistently demonstrated a passion for service, collaboration, and mission-driven work.

Carrie is a Certified Community Health Worker and a certified facilitator in Addiction Awareness for Human Resources.
