Teresa Moulton recently attended the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals (NAWDP) Youth Symposium in New Orleans from November 17–19. During the event, Teresa spoke alongside Miranda Zimmerman, Manager of Volunteer Services at Baptist Health Floyd.
Their presentation, “From Career Exploration to Career Entry Through Youth Apprenticeship,” highlighted SIW’s Next Generation Talent initiatives, with a special focus on the successful Youth Apprenticeship program in partnership with Baptist Health Floyd. The session shared insights on how structured youth apprenticeship programs can effectively guide students from career exploration to real-world career entry.
