On October 1st, Southern Indiana Works held a successful blood drive and Resource Fair at the WorkOne Career Center in New Albany. In collaboration with the American Red Cross, this community-focused event aimed to support both local blood banks and job seekers alike.
The blood drive brought in volunteers from around the area, contributing much-needed donations to help the Red Cross maintain a steady supply of life-saving blood. Meanwhile, the Resource Fair, hosted alongside the drive, featured various local employers, educational institutions, and support services.
