On Thursday, May 23rd, the Prosser Career Education Center was buzzing with activity as we held our second Apprenticeship and Trades Fair. This year’s event was a big success, featuring 22 organizations, including training providers, unions, employers, and colleges.

The fair was a fantastic opportunity for both young people and adults to learn about job and training options to help them advance their careers. Attendees were enthusiastic, with many staying to chat with representatives from a dozen or more organizations.

With such a wide range of exhibitors, there was something for everyone. Whether attendees were looking for apprenticeship programs, union memberships, direct employment, or educational opportunities, they found plenty of information and advice.

Feedback from the event has been overwhelmingly positive. Participants appreciated the chance to talk directly with industry professionals and get personalized advice about their career paths.

We want to thank all the organizations that took part in the fair for their support and dedication. A big thanks also goes out to everyone who attended for making the event so engaging and successful.

We’re committed to supporting career development and will continue to create opportunities like this for our community. Stay tuned for more events and initiatives to help you achieve your professional goals!
