Southern Indiana Works recently celebrated the expansion of its Jobs for America’s Graduates (JAG) programs, providing more opportunities for young people across the region. A key highlight of this growth was the Leadership Development Conference (LDC), held a few weeks ago at Indiana University Southeast. The event brought together officers from each JAG chapter, giving them a platform to connect, learn, and grow as leaders.
The conference featured inspiring guest speakers who shared insights on leadership, personal growth, and overcoming challenges. Students participated in interactive sessions aimed at developing leadership skills that they can bring back to their respective schools and communities. The LDC served as a powerful reminder of JAG’s mission to equip young people with the tools they need for future success, both personally and professionally.
Southern Indiana Works remains dedicated to expanding programs like JAG, ensuring that more students have access to leadership opportunities and career development resources across the region.
